Are you having problems with your HotKnife?

Before sending your hotknife back these are the two trouble shooting issues to check. In most cases, the issue can be rectified and is something very simple such as:

*         Sometimes the plastic or wax that has been cut builds up and can get caught between the old blade and pin. Please ensure all traces of wax and / or plastic have been scraped off.

*         Secondly, when changing blades, it's important to ensure that the blades are fitted back in tightly (a spanner is supplied with the Hotknifes to help with this). If the blade isn't screwed tightly in, then the connection won't be made and the machine won't work correctly.
