Price Beat Guarantee

Our new Price Beat Guarantee (PBG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor, we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%. Conditions apply:

1. Price must be verifiable by an invoice, quote or receipt issued within the last 14 days. 
2. If the product is a considered to be registered device by TGA, a copy of the registration certificate must be provided
3. The discounted price cannot be below our cost price and excludes competitor clearance items and stock liquidations
4. PBG applies to end-user customers only and does not apply to resellers or other distributors 


Returns

At Main Orthodontics we strive to bring you the best quality products. However we understand that sometimes there is a need to return or exchange items.
Main Orthodontics will accept returns under the following conditions:
1. the item is faulty and this can be verified upon testing
2. if the item is not faulty and is unused, the item can be returned within 30 days (in the original packaging) for a refund or credit 
3. if the item is returned after 30 days or if the item is not returned in the original packaging or has been used, then a store credit will be offered (minus a 15% restocking fee)
4. items older than 45 days will not be accepted for return or credit

    Postage costs are to be covered by the person returning the goods.
    Special order items are not returnable.

    Shipping

    Standard shipping is available on all orders for a flat rate of $14.95.
    Free shipping on all orders over $500 provided your account is not overdue.
    Courier/express options are available at cost and upon request.
    We reserve the right to combine orders as needed.


    Accounts

    Requests for 30-day accounts can be made by calling 1300 030 601 directly. Once your details have been verified you will receive an email to activate your account. 
    Please note that all first (initial) orders must be paid prior to shipping. 
    Repeated failure to pay by the due date on your invoice may result in cancellation of your 30-day account and result in all future orders requiring payment prior to shipment. 
    A late fee of 2% of the total amount due will be charged for accounts more than 45 days late.
    Accounts that are late by more than 60 days may be suspended and may result in all future orders held until the account is bought up to date. 
    We reserve the right to refuse account requests and orders.
